Great location near the bus stand and office area, and with plenty of food options nearby. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious, and air-conditioned, with multiple TV channels available. The hotel also provides a canteen serving breakfast and other food.

There were a few issues during my stay. The windows in most of the rooms didn't open properly, and the maintenance of the washrooms was poor.

Celebrated New Year at this hotel and it was a great experience. the rooms were really nice, with clean and comfortable bedding that made for a great night's sleep. Not only that, the staff was incredibly hospitable, making sure that we had everything we needed at any time. the hotel's location was perfect for us, with easy access to nearby attractions and a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

On the flip side, the breakfast could have been better in terms of variety and taste. the noise level from the street outside was a little disturbing at times, especially during New Year's Eve.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Additionally, the hotel’s central location in this city made transportation and exploring the adjacent area very convenient.
